A step to that all year 'Summer Body'. You ready?

Enjoyable steps to an all year 'summer body' and a healthier you.

These look beautiful and they are. A few short steps to creating a beautiful tasting bliss for your taste buds and your body.


Here is where you begin:
2 cups of frozen fruit 
A few slices of frozen banana (to help for a beautiful texture)
1 Tablespoon of milled flaxseed 
1 Cup of Almond Milk   
1 Cup of coconut water  
3 - 4 ice cubes  
And then, blend away in a blender, until smooth and ready to drink.

"Ahhhhh - perfection"
