I find feeling good about yourself before an interview is very important. If you feel confident, you appear confident. That's pretty much the key.
I treat myself to breakfast at Patisserie Valerie before hand, to calm my nerves and feel ready for it. A Latte and Scrambled eggs on toast and before I knew it, it was time.
